Tecnidea BLU Serie – Corrossion Resistant Automatic Chain or Belt Axial Tighteners

Versatile and corrossion resistant automatic axial chain tensioners. To maintain and keep a constant tight tension during its running period, tensioners allow running chains to keep it continuously tight in the chain drive. This prevents tooth skipping to occur.

These BLU tighteners are suitable for damp or humid environments and are resistant against corrosive agents. The BLU line is composed of a plastic column thrusted by a zinc plated or stainless steel spring which slides inside a box-shaped plastic body. The BLUD line has a double force compared to the BLU base element. BLUD can be provided with special anchoring brackets of different shapes in order to facilitate its positioning.
