Wish: Drive a conveyor in a fish processing system on board a trawler. Solution: The conveyor continuously moves the fish while the high-tech PLC controls the weighing system with swell compensation.
Ports & cargo transfer
Wish: Drive a crane to carefully move barrels.
Solution: Accurate MIG encoder feedback prevents gripper arms from opening too wide or clamping barrels too hard.
Offshore
Wish: Cutter suction dredger electric drive adaptable to local power.
Solution: Dredger pump and hydraulic system driven by durable marine electric motors with C5-M coating and VFD; The system is flexible, durable and usable worldwide.

Wish: Produce ice shards on site to cool prawns.
Solution: A frozen metal cylinder, hygienically driven by a stainless steel worm gear unit, rotates in a water bath to produce ice shards.
Ports & cargo transfer
Wish: Position mobile harbor cranes for ship-to-shore container transfer.
Solution: MIG encoder feedback accurately positions the crane. A safety system prevents container lifting if the crane is not correctly positioned.

Wish: Winch system for setting and hauling in nets at an offshore fish farm.
Solution: An IP67-protected aseptic gear motor with special C5 marine coating lifts and winds the net with controlled speed.
Offshore
Wish: Drive and control wind turbine yaw head and blade angle.
Solution: Yaw mechanism and blade angle driven by planetary gear motors. The pitch drives ensure ideal blade angles and are suitable for high radial and axial loads.
Ports & cargo transfer
Wish: Drive and position rotating machines with eccentric loads such as sorting grippers and cranes.
Solution: Integrated worm gear unit driven by an electric or hydraulic motor with encoder feedback, possibly with another reduction gear unit.
Offshore
Wish: Position a steerable bow thruster.
Solution: A three-phase motor with MIG encoder rotates the propeller 360° on the vertical axis in the azimuth bow thruster. This provides propulsion, steering and positioning thrust and superior maneuverability.
Offshore
Wish: Remove large solids from drilling fluid on a drilling platform with shale shakers.
Solution: Shaker bed linear motion produced by at least two vibration motors, adaptable to all types of mud and chips.

Wish: Automatic skinning machine for very fine, delicate work.
Solution: A mechanically adjustable smooth roller applies minimum pressure to fillets for optimal yield. Motor variator for adjustable roller processing speed.
Ports & cargo transfer
Wish: Drive and control jack systems.
Solution: Jack system with advanced VFD and variable speed planetary drives. The VFD system provides controlled start and accurate speed control for improved efficiency.
Ports & cargo transfer
Wish: Drive winches moving heavy machinery or cargo on a cargo vessel.
Solution: VFD, encoder feedback and a simple handheld control panel for easy crane positioning and safe cargo moving.

Wish: Automatic debearding of mussels.
Solution: Two contra-rotating shafts pull beards off the mussels. A helical bevel gear unit with C5 marine coating drives the profiled shafts with VFD speed control.
Offshore
Wish: Offshore pipelayer with pipe fed from reels and laid via tension rollers. Solution: Robust electric motors with an advanced electrical system to control the tension in the pipe even when the vessel is moving.
