HA series – High pressure air operated double diaphragm pumps

The HA-serie offers enhanced discharge pressure at a 2:1 ratio. This is achieved through the combination of the standard aluminium body air motor with a pressure cylinder. With up to 76.2 mm (3”) inlet/outlet ports, these AODD high pressure displacement pumps demonstrate a substantial flow capacity of up to 54m³/h and a remarkable system pressure capability of 8.3bar, extending to a head of 140m. Crafted from durable materials like Aluminium Alloy, Stainless Steel and Cast Iron, they ensure resilience in demanding environments.

Customization options for the ball, seat, diaphragm and O-ring allow adaptability. With self-priming capability and the ability to handle fluids with suspended solids up to 9mm, the HA-series stands as a reliable high-pressure pumping solution.
