Solution: MIG encoder position detection for precise gripper positioning. Together with VFD motors, this enables stacking in different patterns and on different pallets.

Wish: Drive an extruder for extrusion blow molding.
Solution: Special extruder drives heat the thermoplastic. Servo technology precisely positions and clamps the nozzle so the air or gas can be optimally blown into the tube segment to form the parison to the die shape.

Wish: Drive a sustainable packaging machine to make custom boxes for individual orders.
Solution: The machine quickly scans the dimensions of each order with optical sensors. The highly dynamic servo drive processes the input and folds a cardboard box matching the product dimensions.

Wish: Fill ampules for injectable medicines without risk of bacterial contamination.
Solution: An aseptically driven conveyor guides the ampules smoothly to the feed auger, where they are lined up for hygienic opening, filling and closing. The fill volume can easily be set via the HMI control panel.
Food & preserves
Wish: Fill stick packs with on-the-go consumer goods (coffee, drink flavors, sugar, herbs and sauces).
Solution: Servo-driven process sequence. The bags are accurately filled with the right amount and the film is carefully sealed on three sides, then the individual stick packs are cut and separated.
