Hierf\u00fcr setzt Van den Top ein gro\u00dfes Getriebe von BEGE mit Hauptmotor ein. Ein ganz besonderes Stahlprofil muss in 24 Schritten geformt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Van den Top baut speziell f\u00fcr diese Ausf\u00fchrung eine Maschine mit einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mittenabstand zwischen den Rollen. Damit diese Anlage mit ihren 24 Walzrollen-S\u00e4tzen nicht zu lang wird f\u00fcr das Getriebe, hat sich Van den Top eine innovative L\u00f6sung ausgedacht. Jeder Walzrollen-Satz wird von einem eigenen Aufsteckgetriebemotor angetrieben, der dank Frequenzumrichter und MIG-Drehgeber vollst\u00e4ndig synchron l\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n<p>BEGE ist stark in das weitl\u00e4ufige Projekt eingebunden und die Umsetzung schreitet schnell voran.
